When were you founded?

Team4Success was founded in 2014 by Bill Michaelcheck and Jerry Reese

Where are you based?

We are based in Tiptonville TN, the hometown of our founders.

What programs do you offer?

We offer a STAR Student Program, summer camps, summer feeding program (in partnership with TSU), Adult Education Program in partnership with TN College of Applied Technology (TCAT), and a community enrichment program for adults. 

What is the STAR Program?

The STAR Program (Students That Achieve Results), implemented in 2017, focuses on a specific group of students, providing them with the resources and opportunities necessary to empower and ensure their long-term success. It is our intent to nurture, support and motivate each student to their fullest potential. We are committed to thirty students, selected based on favorable recommendations from teachers, school counselors, and/or school principal. Students are expected to maintain an exceptional school attendance record. STAR students are expected to engage in activities demonstrating high motivation, intiaitive, integrity, and leadership qualities. Students must actiavelt participate in the program in the program set forth during the school year.  

How much of my donation directly supports the cause?

90% of donations go directly to Team 4 Success students and programming. 

How many students are in your organization?

We can accommodate approximately 30 students in our STAR Program

By sponsoring a child, you empower them to create a brighter future for themselves, their families and community. Contributions can be made on the donation link on here

Is there anything significant upcoming that I can be a part of?

How can my child be a part of T4S?

Along with input of our staff, STAR students are recommended by teachers, school counselor and/or principals.
