Rooted in Lake Couty, TN
Where a student starts should not determine where they can go.
Rooted in Lake County, Tennessee, Team 4 Success was founded by philanthropist Bill Michaelcheck, founder of Mariner Investment Group, and Jerry Reese, former Senior Vice President and General Manager of the New York Giants.
Both have deep roots in Lake County and a shared commitment to creating opportunities for young people. Through mentorship, education, leadership development, and meaningful experiences, Team 4 Success works to remove barriers and open doors helping students recognize their potential and build brighter futures.
OUR MISSION
To empower students in Lake County and surrounding counties in the West Tennessee/Mississippi Valley region through educational and leadership skill development, preparing them to contribute to their promising futures.
